Hero Intelligence helps Optical Technology to build a smart factory and create a new mode of end-to-end optoelectronic intelligence!

With the rapid development of 5G communication technology, the core optoelectronic chips and devices present the industry pain points of fast product upgrading, short technology iteration cycle and sudden massive demand. In order to better cope with these industry pain points, OPTOTECH and Hero Intelligence jointly declared the project of “New Model of Intelligent Manufacturing of Core Optoelectronic Chips and Devices for 5G Communication”, aiming to create a new model of end-to-end optoelectronic intelligent manufacturing through the construction of core optoelectronic devices intelligent manufacturing workshop, and accelerate the response speed to customer needs.
As an important part of the new model, the automated warehousing and logistics center tailored by Hero Intelligence for Optronics is equipped with 18 lanes, with as many as 25,000 cargo spaces, 18 stacker cranes, more than 600 sets of various types of conveyors, 1 set of empty box caching system, and 1 set of robotic depalletizing system. Through the implementation of this project, the automated logistics turnover of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products has been realized, covering the operational processes of receiving, inspecting, warehousing, dispatching, picking and shipping, which has greatly improved the efficiency of material turnover and work efficiency.
